Everyone appears to be partner and beneficiary of corrupt system

Earlier on 23/12/15 in a corruption matter involving senior officers in tax evasion scam was listed before the HC, but on some technical ground the court asked me to withdraw and file again.
J. Mahesh Grover, today in the same matter, after hearing arguments for some time, dictated order in open court, “Fix it for some other day” On HC Web. Order is, “On the request of counsel the matter is adjourned for 5/2/16” With all humility towards Justice Mahesh Grover, I wonder and really don’t remember when did I make request for adjournment? My shattered hopes cry at my infant hopes of pro-active response from judiciary against corruption.
Judiciary completely appears to be marred by hollow arrogance of position; attained by lobbying actuated by extraneous considerations. There’re some judges whose calibre does not match even with a basic law student; but their height of arrogance can embarrass even the God.
In fact, everyone appears to be partner and beneficiary of corrupt system and in this system everyone mutually support each other. Here, for me, corruption is not only taking bribe or indirect benefits; but also laxity in action or closing eyes towards corruption or any kind of semblance of sympathy towards corruption  also amount to active partnership in corruption.
I always wonder if a person loots or commits theft of few lakhs rupees, he is castigated a thieve/rogue throughout his life, but a businessman-political-bureaucrat loots unaccounted money, ruining the economic roots of country; with impunity and dignity. By looking at the offenses committed by the politicians-businessmen-bureaucrats nexus, all heinous criminals appears innocent.
