Subject: Complaint for fraudulent removal of EVM out of polling station, i.e., from the Booth No. 46, Kharak Pandawa, Zila Parishad Election, Ward No. 5 and use of corrupt practices.
RESPECTFULLY SHOWTH:
1.  That I have been telephonically instructed by my client Bhateri Devi @ Ram Bhateri W/o Ramkumar resident of village Kharak Pandawa, to file the present complaint in connection with the malpractices and corrupt practices including fraudulent removal of EVM out of polling station, for Zila Parishand Election from Ward No. 5,
2.  That my aforesaid client had contested the Zila Parishad Election, Ward No. 5, with Election Symbol of rising sun (Ugata Suraj)
3.  That today before the declaration of Election Result when my client along with the residents of his village went for the watching the EVM at Booth No. 46 situated at village Kharak Pandawa, they were surprised to see that my client had got only 134 votes, which was next to impossible as this is her own village. On stiff opposition of villagers the EVM was checked, whereupon my client’s vote dramatically increased to 291. On further enquiry, it was revealed that an EVM had been removed and sent at some other unknown place. When the people made hue and cry and media persons reached at the spot, one EVM was brought back to Booth No. 46, from some undisclosed location, which is as per my client, is duly recorded by the media persons.
4.  That as per my client, the EVM was fraudulently removed from the Booths by some corrupt officials in collusion with the opponent Suman Devi from village Kurar, who has been declared winner with the only margin of 6(Six) votes.
5.  That apart from the aforesaid incident other malapractices and corrupt means were also adopted by the winning candidate, due to constraint of time the same cant be worded in the complaint, which will be unearthed only by independent investigation
6.  That as per the version of my client, prima-facie, the concerned officials in collusion with the opposite candidate committed the breach of official duties, removed the EVM from polling station, i.e., from the Booth No. 46, Kharak Pandawa.
7.  That the concerned officials have committed the offences u/s 184, , 184, 186 and 187 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 and other connected serious offences under the Indian Penal Code.
                             It is, therefore, prayed that:
(1) Please direct the concerned officers to take cognisance of the election offences
(2)Please invalidate the election and order fresh election.
(3)Please take any other action which may be appropriate in the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances.
