BAIL TO Ist Time Accused

On Monday, 18.04.2016- I was able to secure interim bail for a 21 Yrs. old student, who clearly appears to be falsely implicated in a case of cheating; only because his elder brother happens to be an accused in the case. Interestingly, he was implicated on the disclosure of statement of his brother and his brother too was implicated on the disclosure statement of another co-accused. Disclosure statement is easiest tool in the hands of police to implicate anyone on earth.
Mr. Rajan Walia, Add. Sessions Judge, Kaithal, while dismissing bail had laughed when I referred the world famous three important US Supreme Court Judgments, famously known all over the world as “AGE MATTERS’ judgments, dealing with the impact of jail on the youth. However, Justice  Tejinderpal Singh Dhindsa appreciated the law and granted interim bail and saved a youth from turning into a hard criminal. I felt attached with the accused, as I do believe that a 1st time accused should never be sent to Jail, as the toxic atmosphere of Jail emboldens the accused and turns him into a hard criminal. The Jails are the hard-criminal-producing factories.
