Advocate General Letter in reference to the disclosure of details of corrupt IAS, IPS, HPS, HCS Officers.

In reference to the adjourned case relating to the disclosure of the details of corrupt IAS, IPS, HCS and HPS Officers, Pardeep Kumar Rapria, Advocate for the Petitioner have received an E-mail and also a letter from the Advocate General, Haryana. I am baffled on receipt of the such communication. See the letter received from AG, Haryana and reply of the same.

Respected Sir,
In reference to the captioned matter; this is to inform you that after the hearing of the matter, on 13.05.2016 itself, I had handed over the relevant‘The Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha’ and ‘United Nations Convention against Corruption 2003’ to Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, AAG, Haryana.
Moreover, I had also filed the requisite compilation in the HC Registry; as the registry does not accept the documents without getting served the advance on the Respondents
Be that as it may, third time I am submitting  Annexure‘The Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha’ and ‘United Nations Convention against Corruption 2003’ and the judgement relied upon by the Counsel for Petitioner. I am submitting the complete soft copy of the requisite compilation, i.e., The Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha’ and ‘United Nations Convention against Corruption 2003’ etc. through E-mail, as due to financial constraints the Petitioner may not be able to supply the print-out of the voluminous documents.
